MAOI + Adderal + Lithobid possible?

In your experiences, is it possible to run a combination of an MAOI such as Nardil along with Adderal and Lithobid? If not Adderal, any other stimulant, like Ritalin? I've read that amphetamines are contraindicated with MAOIs. I've reached my wits end with failed SSRI therapies and want to ask my pdoc about switching to an MAOI because I've read how effective they can be, but I'm also ADHD and bipolar, so I'm concerned about being able to stay on Adderal and Lithobid.
Also, how long do you *really* have to be off of an SSRI before you can start an MAOI?
