i looked back over some stuff i had printed out---it seems inositol doesn't increase the rate of firing of the neurochemicals like regular meds do, but it does something further down the line to increase the effects the of the chems that are fired. You probably are feeling the effects of a more sensitive reaction to what the Zoloft and Buspar do. one report from Ben Gurion hospital in Israel said that it takes 18 grams a day to really do anything, so who knows. if you look up inositol on this site you will find stuff on it, if you already haven't.
