It might be worthwhile trying omega-3 fish oil which has antianxiety plus antidepressant effects.Do not stop your regular medication without your doctor`s approval though.3-10g per day of fish oil (total of EPA and DHA) would be reasonable-consider giving it a try for a month and see what happens.
