Have I experienced Serotonin Syndrome ?

I take Celexa
and for the last little
while have been trying to augement
it with something.

I started taking TMG plus folic Acid and
B12, about a week ago. Last night, I started
to experience a significant raise in body
temeperature, followed, buy a strange phychotic
anxiety. I took a Clonazepam, but it only got
worse. I started to sweat extremely and felt
like I was going to explode. Not anygry
just extemely frieghtened. This did not
feel like reguar anxity AT ALL.

I have stopped the TMG immediately.
Can anyone help me.
