I anxiously anticipated my Omegabrite fish oil. As the days passed since my last Parnate dose I began to feel better and better. The drug induced insomnia was subsiding and I was back to sleeping normally without the use of any assistance. Getting up at 5:15 am and getting out to my job again in the schools felt great, I was feeling hopeful once again. Drove with my husband for an hour to visit our daughter, something I refused to do just 2 weeks ago even with the aid of my trusty xanax. My decision to chuck the nasty Antidepressants and opt instead for a combo of therapy, exercise, diet, vitamins, supplements, SJW and benzo's helped soothe me. Then I took the Omega 3 after dinner with a multi-vitamin and extra E - and was awakened that night with a surge of adrenaline. The next day, although not feeling emotionally anxious or having anxious thoughts continued to have surges of adrenaline like feelings in my chest. Did not sleep at all that night - kind of like the feeling of having drank too much coffee (although do not consume caffeine), next day the same with the weird chest rushes etc. Well I stopped the Omega 3 yesterday afternoon. Although slept better with the help of .25mg of Xanax found that the chest surges also abated today. Could the Omega 3 be stimulating? I felt like I had taken the Parnate again! Anyone else have this response?
I know I'm extra sensitive to meds. but geez this is ridiculous!
