Apathy and Effexor..desperately need help

Just a query folks:

I have scrapped my meds back to a simple combo of Effexor and Klonipin (Rivotril in Canada)because I was finding the 'cocktail' I was on just *wasn't* working. I am on 150mg's of Effexor. The klonipin works for the anxiety ok, but now I am getting the "apathy" effect. So, I have started by once again adding Welbutrin first thing when I get up.

I am going to stick with this for awhile, and crank up the Welbutrin to as high a dose as possible before any changes. I know myself (after 5 or so years of use) that I need no more than 150mg of Effexor...and I have never heard of any higher helping with apathy or sexual dysfunction.

Anybody have *good* (and I mean long term..years...) success with this combo?
