Geodon - dosages, effects

Hi again,
I just started Geodon a couple weeks ago. I am doing just "okay" with 20 mg, but couldn't tolerate the 40 mg. I have actually been feeling more tired and depressed and agitated lately (even just on the 20 mg.)

Need help!! Can't handle SSRIs, stims, or mood stablizers. I am diagnosed with BPII.

Any advice is welcome.
