Since you're taking 100mg, I presume you're taking prompt release, and not sustained release.
You're not supposed to take 100mg prompt release more frequently than once every four hours. This is to reduce the risk of seizures. The question is one of timing. To be on the safe side, you should take your half pill four hours after taking the full pill.
