For instance Effexor made me feel more relaxed but in some ways made me feel more depressed would that be a partial response? Sertraline is giving me a bit more energy but is just making me feel numb and couldn't care less about anything, is this a partial response?

i believe partial response is defined as 50% - 75% remission of symptoms... "some" response is 25% - 50% remission of symptoms... "no" response is 0 - 25% remission of symptoms... and full remission is 75% - 100% remission... though i'm not sure... hopefully someone who knows better will correct me ...
