remember about the 17 hr. bus trip i mentioned i was going to do?i made it.i went there for a week and felt quite good.i was really scared to get on that bus and altough it wasnt a peace of cake it wasnt so bad either.i took o.75 xanax just on that day and 0.50 on the way back.the way back was really easy cause i slept most of the time.i am happy to have done this.i i said before,i knew i had to hit the anxiety monster in the face.when i was there i even surfed which i enjoyed doing before and i was scared for fear of having a panic attack in the water.i hadnt surfed in more than 2 years and i did it quite well.im no longer that fearful about it and plan to keep doing it in the future.i strongly recommend to you people toget some courage face your deepest fears.its the best way to beat them.it isnt easy but it is worth it.i wanted to share my experience.thanks everyone.
