5_HTP to Wellbutrin - Need to wait?

I've been taking 5-HTP for a few weeks; it's helped a bit but not enough. My doc gave me a scrip for Wellbutrin SR.

Do I need to wait in order to flush-out the 5-HTP? Can I start the Wellbutrin right away?
