Has she had her lithium and depakote levels taken recently? Some of her symptoms may be a toxicity reaction. If I were her I would want a medical problem ruled out as the cause-before meds got tinkered with. You mentioned shaking (tremor) and knots in the stomach. It might be worth an ER visit.Mitch
