I've been in a depressive flip for several days now since my cousin killed himself with meth and booze. I know it is easy to say, but when you get really down, your emotional memories of all your previous bad times get dredged up (state-dependent memory), and it makes you feel like this is forever and you cannot access anything good to remember. But that is your brain fooling you, don't listen to that stuff! You WILL feel better Jerry.
