Not to over-simplify- but if you're asking, you're not. Mania is a psychotic condition, hypomania involves 3 or 4 days of sleeping 3 hours, inability to stop talking, constant movement, overspending, etc. It's pretty obvious to everyone, so if no one has said anyrthing to you, it's doubtful.
