I probably responded the best to Zoloft (of the SSRI's), but it gave me the worst diarrhea and disrupted my sleep tremendously due to restless legs (limb movements, whatever) than any other med I have ever taken. I tried some Remeron with it so I could sleep better, and to calm my guts. I *did* sleep better, and it *did* calm my guts, but I still couldn't stand the zombie fog from the Remeron (high dose, low dose, whatever). Your mileage will vary. It might be worth a try to see if you can tolerate the Remeron.
