question re dexedrine spansules

Hi stimlulant people
Does anyone have a paradoxical feeling of tiredness using dexedrine spansules?
I am only on day 4 of the dexedrine spansules, and I had to reduce the dose from 10 mg to 5 mg to reduce the feeling of jitteriness along with somewhat higher blood pressure readings...but I have been having waves of tremendous fatigue roll over me...
Focus, concentration and learning are better though...
