Glucophage is not FDA approved for weightloss, however it is being tested for that, and so far the test are coming out successful. It is not listed that it directly effects anti-depressant medications, however, glucophange does regulate insulin levels which then lowers glucose levels which in turn lowers serotonin levels - and many anti-depressants are prescribed to increase serotonin levels. So I would suggest that if you are on a medication which is serotonin related that you be careful if trying this, it could make your depression worse.
