I do that now, but only at very low doses. The problem that I have found with either one of them is the propensity to increase blood pressure. Effexor was far worse than Wellbutrin in that respect. I could get to 150mg of WB a day without a drastic increase, but just 25mg/day of Effexor (by itself) really shoosted it up there. You definitely want to monitor your BP response to these meds.
