Increasing Celexa dosage for anxiety

I have taken Paxil for 7+ years for Panic Disorder. Recently I switched to Celexa, it is good but not getting rid of all the anxiety. I was taking 40mg of Paxil and I just got boosted up to 60mg of Celexa. I hope that this increase works.
Paxil worked but the side effects, diminshed sex drive and tiredness are too much. I have been happy with Celexa and hope the increase in dosage works.
Does anyone have any similar stories? or something to add?
