Zyprexa was one of the worst meds I ever tried and that's saying a lot. I've been on almost 25 different meds and combos but stopped Z after a week to 10 days. Gained weight, (raved cookies for breakfast every morning!), barely got off the couch was very depressed! It was awful. I was also on a Ativan, (low dosage) and must add, as you must know, that many people have been greatly helped by Z, I just wasn't one of them. Seems to work better for males, from what I've read here.
