I have heard of this, alternating stime, to avoid
tolerance. Seems it might be best to use an amphetamine
and a non-amphetamine stim. Like Adderal and Provigil.
I don't take my Dexadrine on the weekends. My doc
insists I should but most times I enjoy my free time
without the drive to "do" things. This may help me avoid
tolerance, I am not sure. Some do require stims every day.
I had to rotate antihistamines every month, till I
found Zyrtec.
