Benefits from increased Wellbutrin dosage?

I have had a partial response to 300mg per day Wellbutrin SR after several weeks. I do not feel entirely well.
How do I know whether to increase my WB dose or try another drug?
I would appreciate hearing any stories about increasing WB dose, successful or otherwise.
