Hi,I would look at getting the Wellbutrin and Zoloft dose *down*. Perhaps a gradual taper of both. Geodon has worsened hypomania in some people,BTW. Seroquel would be more sedative than Geodon, but you would need to take it 2-3x daily because of its short half-life. Also, it would be important to know what med got added on last (besides the Geodon-since it was added to help quell the mania). That next to last medchange might be the one that possibly set off this latest spell.
