Has anyone else had a rash?

I just started EffexorXR a week ago and increased to 75mg two days ago. I immediately developed a sore, puffy, itchy rash on my fingers and toes. I cannot find this listed as a side-effect though so maybe it's a heat rash or something. Has anyone else had this? I don't want to go off it yet because Prozac, Paxil, Celexa don't work.
