anyone help or understand my derealization??

About 9 months ago I switched too quickly from Geodon to Zyprexa. In the process I started getting derealization. When I'm in a stressful situation it gets too much to handle. My Doc is saying to go up from 20 mg to 30 mg of Zyprexa. What do you think?
