OFF meds- all I want to do is get high!

I went off meds because I was so sick of the side affects, and I was starting to wonder if my depression was just an effect of the ADD meds I was using and the axiety was just an effect of the wellbutrin, But now all I want to do at night is drink or smoke, I feel out of control. I just don't know what is causing anything anymore, and I'm so sick of p-doc's guessing games
