Magnesium glycinate for depression?

Posted by Doomed on July 6, 2002, at 19:21:49

This guy says that boron and magnesium glycinate cured his depression. he also says that other forms of magnesium may be harmful and/or increase depression. Is this a clever ad to sell a particular type of magnesium or should I be out buying some?

"My depression is completely, totally, absolutely gone, gone, gone! I am active and can function mentally, emotionally, and physically at my best again"

"I base that point of view on personal observations after using magnesium glycinate for over a year, (and being off magnesium for the last three days), and the reports of others that have used magnesium glycinate successfully to rapidly terminate their symptoms and who have later gone off magnesium"
