Many people and studies have reported weight gain from Prozac, especially as a long term emergent effect.
Benzos, on the other hand, are considered weight neutral.
If you want to stop the weight gain, try to stop taking the Prozac.
Prozac is the supposed to be the easiest SSRI to quit, but it still may be very difficult to quit and cause severe withdrawal symptoms for some people.
