Hi Winter,

I forget what else you take?

I can maybe offer a theory for today, which would be that you totally wore yourself out yesterday when you finally could get up and going -- you were so happy to be able to do things and stay awake that you did. Your body is used to sleeping practically all the time and can't do it (yet) two days in a row.

So my solution for that would be to remember to take it really really easy, maybe set time limits to be 'up' for a week or so. Try to do the same small amount of activity every day so that you get used to being active on a normal daily schedule.

Of course based on the one day I really have no clue if that's really it, totally guessing.

Many people with ADD put the stuff by their bed and set an alarm to take it early, then let themselves go back to sleep for an hour or two... we find getting up much less of a drag that way. Also if it wears off earlier in the day then you have a better chance of going to sleep early which prepares you better for the following day (than midnight).

It seems like you really have trouble getting going but that once you have some momentum you do pretty well.

It's very hopeful that at least on one day it had the effect that you were looking for. Some people need 20 mg of spansule, you never know.

Kate
