His book has some interesting information here and there, but in my opinion, this guy is just in it for the money! Denise, I am UK. Can't post specific names here but IME both Oxford & Newcastle teaching hospitals have some good staff, particularly if you are very T. R. Couldn't find anyone decent in the private sector.
