Remeron 45mg w/ambien10mg

Hi, i just have a queston. I currently take 30mg of remeron and 25mg of desipramine. It works good, but too much wight gain.
I want to up my remeron to 45mg. But at this dose, its hard to fall asleep due to the nor effects. If i take 10mg of ambien, will this work sufficient?
