> hi. i seen my new doctor. and she seems actually quite informed and the best doctor i think i had yet compared to those goons back at the hospital who hardly knew anything except information regarding just a few select medications. well there's our canadian health care system for you. but anyway she is a good doctor i think from what i can tell in my first visit. she said i was treatment resistant. this was something other doctors couldn't believe. no no no i just had to respond to all the meds they gave me! some of them treated me as some kind of liar.

The most productive and anxiety-free period I ever had was a combination of low-dose Prozac and Lithium. It is just they both cause such severe diarrhea that I can't take them anymore. Paxil isn't as harsh on your guts as Prozac can be. I never tried that combo-but it seems like based on other's posts it might be a good combination.good luck,
Mitch
