I'm going into my 4th week on Effexor, and I've noticed a significant change in my eating habits. During my first week, I found my appetite decreased significantly. My appetite has returned, but find I can't eat certain foods. So far I've lost about 10lbs, which I really can afford to loose. I'm not starving myself, but my intake has decreased significantly.
