Hi Oona,

Does the Risperdal leave you lethargic
and sleepy all during the daytime?
This is a common complaint of Zyprexa.
But I have talked to people on Zyprexa with
this problem and many times they switch to
Risperdal and the problem goes away.

The antianxiety effects exerted by all the
APs may help with nighttime sleep. I believe
Risperdal is also partly a mild antihistamine.

I am not sure if it is the combation of the Celexa with the Risperdal or the fact that I am bone tired after a full day of working.

But looking back, I wish that I could have just kicked back a little and not taken every darn thing so personaly or had lived in less of a drama. Even now the old feelings come back and I will find myself in that black place or find myself endlessly doing some stupid task when I am exhausted. I just have to talk to myself and try to stop and bring myself back to reality.
