Seriously, is it (insomnia) contagious? Okay, maybe not 'contagious' but possibly a 'learned behavior,' right?
See, I own a small restaraunt, and have chosen to work the night shift. I figure, since I am up anyway, I might as well be there as opposed to paying others to be there. Right?
Well, that was working fine until my babysitter quit. I now take my son to a sitter (the former one came here) Which means I am bringing him home around 1am-2am (depending on the day of the week) Well, I have always used the net as a way to unwind in between work and bed. I check my email, do some surfing, found this page where I like to read, and catch up on things.
Here is the problem. Before I had no problem transfering my son from the sitter (asleep) back to his bed (asleep). He is three by the way. Well, now, he is waking up...and staying awake as long as I am up. Which is until about 3a. Is it a phase, or is it something potentially serious?
Thanks in advance....Aimee
