Head burning along with mental illness?

has anyone ever had extreme heat or some heat in their brain while dealing with a severe mental illness? for me more heat comes around when i am feeling the worst.

how is this connected to my severe depression, anxiety, and mind torture? it's like the inside of my head is burning. so far doctors dont know what it could be.
