Psychdoc/Dr Goldberg-Question about Mood St.

Dear Dr Goldberg,
Can you tell me why other psychiatrist and yourself promote non FDA approved medications for psychiatric patients, namely neurontin, topomax, lamictal, trileptal? Thank you.
