Hi JonW,
It seems at the time of your posting you have not slept for two days. Hallucinations and delusions can occur because of sleep deprivation. Here is an interesting article on the subject:

I have been through all kinds of terrible hallucinations (while not medicated at all) so I can certainly relate to how you must be feeling (or felt at the time of your posting). I hope you feel better soon.
