Yes, a low dose of Zyprexa is often enough for bipolar II. (People who have psychotic disorders, like schizophrenia or bipolar I, tend to need higher doses.)

If you have problems with pseudoparkinsonsism, you might try a different medication, like Seroquel, Risperdal, or Geodon. There are also other things you can add to treat the movement disorder. This is all assuming that the antipsychotic is helping you. If this group of medications doesn't seem to be right for you or is only partially helpful, there are also a lot of mood stabilizers (mostly anticonvulsants) that work for bipolar II.
