Have you tried...
...atypical antipsychotics (Zyprexa, Seroquel, etc.)?
...hydroxyzine (Atarax)?
...tricyclic antidepressants (especially trimipramine, doxepin, amitriptyline)?
...Remeron?
...certain anticonvulsants (Neurontin, Depakote)?
...clonidine?
...melatonin?
Just some things that come to mind. (Apologies if you've already mentioned some of these.)
