> I have been on 30 mg of this for 5 weeks for anxiety, insomnia and depression. I feel far less depressed, although I still have my moments, but feel tired and groggy throughout the day, particularly in the morning. When I go out I feel 'energyless' and a bit giddy , sort of unaware of my spatial awareness. I don't doubt that I have made significant improvements but I don't feel that I would be particularly safe in my work environment (I am a teacher!). I have decided to cut the dose in half to 15mg to see if that makes things any easier. Anybody any simialar experiences or advise about dosages? I would appreciate some feedback. I have targetted to be back at work in three weeks. Is that realistic?
I've been on zispin for just over a week and my carpal tunnel syndrome has returned with a vengance dont know yet if it's related will find out tomorrow from my gp i'm also on 30mg per day but take them at night. I dont know your circumstances but i've got post-natael depression. Ive had it after all three of my children but this time it has hit me for six.I also targeted a time to go back to work but found myself stressing out over it so now im going back when im good and ready. The only thing i can say to you is to give yourself time especally if you havent found a dose your happy with.DONT rush yourself into setting deadlines togo back to work (easer said than done i know) it'll only stress you out more if you feel that you are letting people down when the time comes and your not ready.
