Don't mess with trazodone and moclobemide together, not yet. You don't need serotonin syndrome.
You were sleeping before, on just moclobemide, right?
Why don't you take a day off selegiline, then start over very low with selegiline (like a quarter of what you're taking) and gradually increase it to what you can tolerate. Given that moclobemide has already enhanced your norepinephrine and dopamine levels it seems that you may not need much of a dose of selegiline at all since its in combination. It may be very effective at a lower dose than if it was alone.
For me moclobemide started with increased sexual fun and some general stimulation and then over a few days the sedation (I guess from the serotonin aspect) kicked in. I would be interested in trying selegiline with it myself, so I'm curious how your trial turns out... I've never tried selegiline.
Since selegiline does not have much effect on serotonin I wouldn't expect sedation to kick in with it, ever. Though that's just a theoretical way to see it. So I wouldn't necessarily think this dose will eventually be tolerable.
Start lower.
