The best way to "withdraw" from any AD is to do so gradually. If you have to, break the pills in half.
Why you are taking Celexa for sleep I don't know There are more effective ADs for that, e.g., Desyrel, Serzone, Rameron(low doses).

I was able to stop taking Celexa "cold turkey" with no problems. You may want to try it that way first. If you have problems, take a half dose of Celexa for a few days, then try again. etc.
