I went off Celexa and on to Effexor and felt the side effects too. (although it's *nothing* compared to how very very sick I have been while withdrawing from Effexor).
It will help to have someone to talk to weekly. Find a good counselor soon. I feel that the shifts that occur once you you start Effexor can be profound.
