Visual problems that aren't med related?

Posted by jaby on April 25, 2002, at 19:00:26

Hi all,
You may have read my messages before, but one of the major symptoms driving my anxiety/depression is this weird visual problem I have. It's difficult to describe, but everything just looks wrong-kind of like I'm looking through a fluid or something. My eyes are also very sensitive to light and I have difficulty focusing on things for even periods of 30 seconds or more without having to look away. I have had my eyes checked three times and the docs don't have nay ideas. The only thing that has helped was lamictal at low doses, but that effect pooped out after a month or so. Any comments are much appreciated.
