Concerta vs. Ritalin

Hi 3 Beers!

It's good to have you back. I found Concerta to be the best of the methylphenidate formulations. It is the smoothest, most sustained and consistent. I found that it lasts about 10+ hours. It probably lasts more than that, but at around 10+ hours, I start to feel different -- a little bit uncomfortable and "reboundy," but nothing bad like the ritalin immediate release rebound!

Concerta is quite expensive, so you may have to get your doctor to argue with the insurance company to pay for it.
