according to most clinicians the most to least agitating are:
Fluoxetine
Sertraline
Citalopram
Fluvoxamine
Paroxetine

ive been on Paroxetine, Fluvoxamine and Sertraline and would agree with this. however I would think Mirtazapine and Nefazadone would be the most sedative antidepressants. theres no reason also why you couldnt take Fluoxetine or Sertraline and if you found it too stimulating augment an atypical antipsychotic.
