Olanzapine [Zyprexa] has anticholinergic effects according to the prescribing information: "Olanzapine's antagonism of muscarinic M1-5 receptors may explain its anticholinergic effects." Another document I checked lists olanzapine's receptor blockade of M1 as high.
Due to your acid reflux problem, another drug might be better. Risperidone [Risperdal] and ziprasidone [Geodon] have no appreciable affinity for the cholinergic muscarinic receptor.
