Hi Noa,
Can you tell me how Adderall-XR dosing compares with regular Adderall dosing? How do you figure out how many milligrams you will need?
I've found Dexedrine immediate release to be quite helpful, but I'm intererested in trying Adderall-XR. I have tried regular Adderall in the past, but I could never quite get the dosing right, especially when compared with Dexedrine. Is there some formula to figure it out? I know that some doctors have a formula for comparing methylphenidate to dexedrine dosing (they say you'd need twice as many milligrams of MPH as dexedrine), but that formula never really worked for me because I could never tolerate that much MPH, except for Concerta.
