Make sure you don't have subclinical or clinically apparent ADD. SSRIs can worsen concentration to the point it finally becomes noticable to the person for the first time.
Not saying it sounds like you do, just that it would be a shame to miss it.
ADD does not have to have caused poor grades etc as many think. Also commonly associated conditions include bipolar and OCD, sleep problems.
